Orders and Shipping

Depend on your shipping country, it takes anywhere from  4 to 14 days to reach you. This also depends on the destination country’s customs and speed they process parcels into the country. Due to the worldwide pandemic there might be a shortage of workers sometimes and thus creating delays.

Some items like electronics will be shipped from another location due to postal restrictions. But most of your items will arrive in one package.

If the item was received damaged we will do a refund / replacement for you after you contacted us

If the wrong item was received we will do a replacement for you after you contacted us

After you have contacted our customer service. An address will be provided to you to mail the return to.

If you entered an incorrect address and the status has been changed to processed or shipped you will be responsible for the order. No refunds will be done for incorrect shipping addresses.

You may change an order within 20 minutes of an order. After that the order will be processed and you will not be able to cancel or change the order.
